1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how WOD Capital LLC ("WOD," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use this website, connect your Discord account, submit an order number for a giveaway entry, or otherwise interact with the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Discord account information — when you connect Discord via "Continue with Discord," we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and (depending on the permissions Discord grants) your email address and whether you are a member of our Discord server. This exchange is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy.
• Giveaway entry data — the prop firm you selected, the order number you submit, and the timestamp of submission, associated with your account, so we can verify and track giveaway entries.
• Referral data — your referral code/link and which accounts were referred through it, so we can credit referral entries.
• Session & usage data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps, plus a session cookie used to keep you logged in.
• Communications — if you email us, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the request.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, or other financial account credentials — all purchases happen directly on our prop-firm partners' own websites, outside of WOD's systems.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• To verify eligibility, track, and award giveaway and referral entries;
• To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse of the giveaway/referral system;
• To contact winners and administer prize fulfillment;
• To respond to support requests submitted via a support ticket in our Discord;
• To improve and analyze use of the Service.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — hosting, database, and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, solely to operate the Service;
• Discord — information necessarily exchanged through Discord's OAuth login flow to verify your server membership;
• Legal compliance — if required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WOD, our users, or the public;
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not share your order numbers, purchase details, or referral data with our prop-firm partners except as necessary to verify a specific giveaway entry, and only where you have submitted that information to us for that purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and giveaway/referral entry data for as long as your account is active or as needed to administer current and past giveaways, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You may: (a) request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion of that information; (c) disconnect your Discord account at any time; or (d) opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights, open a support ticket in our Discord. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that deleting certain data (e.g. giveaway entry records) may make us unable to verify or award an entry tied to that data.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, open a support ticket in our Discord.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and remember your entry/verification status. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this Policy accordingly.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
