This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by WOD Capital LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Sponsor," "WOD," "we"), reachable by opening a support ticket in our Discord. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord Inc., or with any prop-firm partner (including Lucid Trading, Tradeify, or Alpha Futures), beyond WOD's independent business relationship with those firms.
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least eighteen (18) years old; (b) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (c) are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Sponsor. Employees or representatives of participating prop-firm partners are eligible only if they are entering as ordinary customers, not in connection with their employment. This Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and in any other jurisdiction where registration, bonding, or other formalities would be required and have not been completed by Sponsor. By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
The Giveaway runs on a recurring weekly basis. Each individual drawing period ("Entry Period") runs Saturday through the following Thursday, with winners drawn every Friday as reflected by the "Draw In" countdown displayed on the Giveaways page. Friday itself is a lock/drawing day — no new entries are added to the pool being drawn that day; activity occurring on a Friday is credited to the next Entry Period (the following Saturday through Thursday) instead. Entries do not carry over between Entry Periods. Each new Entry Period starts at zero, and eligible entrants begin earning entries again from the start of that period.
Every member of the WOD Discord server at discord.gg/zaVCcev9Qg automatically receives one (1) free entry into the current Entry Period at no cost and with no purchase necessary, no additional action required beyond being a verified member of the Discord. Limit one (1) free entry per person, per Entry Period, regardless of the number of Discord or social accounts used.
In addition to the free entry method above, entrants may earn additional entries as follows, at no additional cost beyond the optional purchase itself:
Bonus entries increase an entrant's relative odds of winning proportional to the total number of eligible entries received, but do not guarantee a win. Free entrants remain eligible to win the full prize on the same basis as any other entrant.
Order numbers submitted for bonus entries under Section 5 are marked "approved" and included in the drawing pool immediately and provisionally, so that entrants are not kept waiting on a per-submission basis. This provisional approval is not a final determination that the underlying purchase is genuine. Before each Friday drawing, Sponsor cross-checks that Entry Period's submitted order numbers against affiliate records obtained directly from the participating prop-firm partners (including partner-provided export files and, where no export is available, Sponsor's own manual review of the partner's affiliate dashboard). Any order number that cannot be confirmed as a genuine, code-WOD purchase placed during the applicable Entry Period is rejected and removed from the pool prior to the drawing, along with any referral bonus entry that depended on it as described in Section 5. Provisional approval of an order number, or of any entry, is not a guarantee that the entry will remain in the pool through the drawing, and is not a guarantee of a win.
Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries remaining in the pool after the reconciliation described above, within a reasonable time after the applicable Entry Period closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced in the WOD Discord server and/or contacted directly via Discord direct message using the contact information on file. A potential winner may be required to respond to notification and/or verify eligibility within five (5) business days, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. To claim a prize associated with a bonus entry, a winner must provide verifiable proof of the underlying qualifying purchase (such as the order confirmation from the partner firm's own portal or account dashboard) within the response window above. Sponsor reserves the right to independently confirm the order number and use of code WOD directly with the partner firm — including after a drawing has occurred — before releasing any prize. If Sponsor determines, whether before or after a drawing and whether before or after a prize has been awarded, that a submitted order number or supporting materials were fabricated, falsified, altered, or otherwise do not reflect a genuine code-WOD purchase, the associated entry is void, any resulting win is void, any prize awarded on the basis of that entry is forfeited and must be returned or its value reimbursed to Sponsor, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications lost due to inaccurate or outdated contact information, spam filters, or Discord privacy settings that block direct messages.
Prizes consist of one (1) evaluation account credential/voucher from a participating prop-firm partner (Lucid Trading, Tradeify, or Alpha Futures), in the tier and firm specified on the Giveaways page at the time of the applicable drawing. [Sponsor should insert the actual approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize tier here — based on the real cash price the partner firm charges for that evaluation, not the notional funded-account size (e.g. "$50K") shown for marketing purposes — before publishing this page.] Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are evaluation accounts issued directly by the applicable third-party prop firm, subject to that firm's own independent rules, funding requirements, trading rules, and payout policies. Sponsor does not control and is not responsible for whether a winner ultimately passes an evaluation, receives a funded account, or receives any payout — those outcomes are determined solely by the partner firm under its own separate terms.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use their Discord username, and general geographic location, for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway (e.g. announcing winners in Discord or on social media) without additional compensation.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize. Where required by law, Sponsor may request tax identification information from a winner in order to issue applicable tax forms.
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, and agents, and all participating prop-firm partners, from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the announcement of winners.
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
